If you have a complaint, in the first instance you must write to or phone the credit
union head office at :
Oddfellows House, 184-186 Deansgate, Manchester
Please include your account details and the reason for your complaint.
We will endeavour to resolve your complaint within four weeks of receipt, if we haven’t,
we will send you an interim letter explaining why we have not resolved your complaint,
and, will endeavour to resolve it within eight weeks.
If for any reason you feel your complaint was not satisfactorily resolved you have
the right to take your complaint to the FOS (Financial Ombudsman Service) within
six months. You must go through the credit union’s internal complaints procedure
first before taking it to the FOS.
